SEREMBAN: The Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negri Sembilan Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir has decreed the revocation of a state award which carries the title “Datuk” awarded to Prof Emeritus Dr Mohamad Abd Razak. Read full story
