Flood situation on the mend, several shelters closed

KUALA LUMPUR: The flood situation in Perak, Kedah and Penang is gradually improving as the number of victims decreases to 3,523 people on Sunday (Oct 26) afternoon compared with 5,850 people in the morning following the closure of several temporary evacuation centres. Read full story
