South Gyeongsang Province Governor Park Wan-su joined with Ambassador Kim Da-hyun to create a pre-boom for the 2023 Hadong World Tea Expo.

The Hadong World Tea Expo Organizing Committee (Joint Chairman Park Wan-su, Hadong County Governor Ha Seung-chul) said that Park Wan-soo, chairman of the organizing committee, and Kim Da-hyun, a public relations ambassador, signed an agreement to purchase 5 million won in tickets to create a pre-boom for the expo.

The signing ceremony for the purchase of tickets was held at the Nonghyup Gyeongnam headquarters on the morning of the 19th, attended by provincial governor Park Wan-soo, Kim Da-hyun, and Kim Bong-gon.

Governor Park Wan-soo said, “Thank you for taking the initiative in purchasing tickets in advance to create a pre-boom for the Expo,” and encouraged, “I hope you will continue to work hard to promote the 2023 Hadong World Tea Expo to have an international event.”

In response, Kim Da-hyun said, “As a public relations ambassador, I am happy to participate in the pre-purchase of tickets to create a pre-boom for the Expo,” adding, “I will do my best to successfully host the Hadong World Tea Expo through more vigorous activities.”

Kim Da-hyun, daughter of the Order of Kim Bong-gon in Cheonghak-dong and well-known as a Korean traditional music girl, is a trot rising star who is active, including third place in TV Chosun Miss Trot 2 and second place in MBN’s Chuseok special Voice Trot.
The organizing committee has appointed Kim Da-hyun as a goodwill ambassador to promote the scent and culture of Hadong wild tea to the world.
Park Ok-soon, secretary-general of the organizing committee, promised, “We will come up with a linkage plan so that Kim Da-hyun can carry out various promotional activities for the successful hosting of the expo.”

Meanwhile, the 2023 Hadong World Tea Expo, the first government-approved international event in the tea field co-hosted by Gyeongnam and Hadong-gun and organized by the Hadong World Tea Expo Organizing Committee, will be held in Gyeongnam for 31 days from May 4 to June 3.
