SINGAPORE – Job seekers and workers looking to explore their next career move or sharpen their skills can meet employers, get career advice and learn how to navigate an increasingly AI-driven workplace at the SPH Media Career Expo 2026.
The event will be held on Aug 22 and 23 from 10am to 6pm at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Level B2 (Hall E). Admission is free, but visitors must register in advance.
The career fair is aimed at a wide range of people, from fresh graduates entering the workforce to experienced professionals seeking new career opportunities.
This year’s event will bring together employers and training providers from a range of sectors, giving visitors the opportunity to find out more about available roles as well as workplace cultures, training and career development.
Participating organisations include Changi Airport Group, Scoot, SMRT, Singapore Prison Service, National Healthcare Group, SingHealth, AIA and ERA Singapore.
Training and education providers such as @ASK Training, NTUC LearningHub, Skills Development Academy and Vertical Institute will also take part.
Visitors can also attend a two-day career conference covering topics ranging from what employers look for in fresh graduates to career planning and preparing for changes brought about by artificial intelligence.
Sessions on Aug 22 will explore the human skills that remain important in an AI-driven workplace, what employers look for when hiring fresh graduates, career planning and interview techniques.
The second day’s programme will turn to translating newly acquired skills into career opportunities, using AI to stand out in the job market and planning for upskilling and career growth.
Crystal Lim-Lange, founder of Forest Wolf and Deep Human Club, and a thought leader in the fields of leadership, emotional intelligence and personal growth, will be delivering the keynote address “Future-Proof Your Career: The Deep Human Skills AI Can’t Replace”.
Other speakers include representatives from organisations such as LinkedIn, the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA), NTUC LearningHub and AKG Singapore. Job seekers can get complimentary professional headshots taken, styled by G2000.
Those who complete selected activities can redeem complimentary gifts while stocks last.
