Iraq says about 3,000 Islamic State prisoners transferred from Syria

MUNICH, Feb 13 (Reuters) – About 3,000 Islamic ⁠State detainees have been transferred from Syrian prisons to Iraq and the process is continuing, with Baghdad in talks ⁠with other countries to repatriate them soon, Iraq’s foreign minister said on Friday. Read full story
