Men’s Fitness, an American health magazine, highlighted the diet case of Cody Crohn, a content producer with 2.56 million YouTube subscribers. The media said, “It showed the case of a 56-year-old man who successfully used AI to lose weight.” In May, Cody Crohn posted a video on his YouTube channel titled “I used AI to build my body in 46 days.” The video attracted attention with more than 200,000 views and more than 10,000 “likes.”
In the video, Crohn confessed that he experienced depression and gained weight rapidly after the motorcycle accident. He confessed, “On the day of my birthday, I looked in the mirror after taking a shower, and I felt embarrassed by how I looked.”
Instead of looking for a gym or trainer, Cron decided to go on a diet, he used ChatGPT to create a personalized fitness and diet plan for his lifestyle.

Cron faithfully followed ChatGPT’s designed routine for 46 days with minimal home-tooling equipment such as kettlebells, jump ropes, bars, dip stations, and resistance bands. Routines included two high-quality whole-meal meals a day, enough sleep, sunbathing, and taking nutritional supplements.
He woke up at 4:30 a.m. every day and started the day with black coffee and water. After working out, his diet focused on beef, eggs, oats, and vegetables, and his second meal included lean meat steak, rice, and healthy fats.
He also drank more than 4 liters of water while basking in the sun during his daily schedule, and also practiced the habit of staying away from electronic devices before going to bed. As a result, Crohn said he succeeded in losing 11.4 kilograms in 46 days from 209 pounds (94.8 kilograms) to 183.8 pounds (83.4 kilograms), and that his strength and physical strength improved significantly.
“I relied entirely on AI for 46 days of training, diet, and recovery management, and the change was shocking,” he said. “Without a professional trainer, I was able to transform from a fat body into a solid body.”
