At the time of the establishment of the Korean government in 1948, it existed as a “labor bureau” in the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs in 1955, renamed the “Labor Office” in 1963, promoted to the “Ministry of Labor” in 1981, and changed to the Ministry of Employment and Labor in 2010.Employment-related policies, employment insurance policies, vocational ability development training policies, employment equality and work-family balance support, working conditions standards, workers’ welfare, labor-management relations adjustment, industrial safety and health standards, etc. are established.
This is the work of the Ministry of Employment and Labor named. Currently, the unemployment rate is increasing due to the high number of youth unemployment in Korea. Therefore, a system such as job support is being established to create employment.
However, Korean young people change jobs a lot, and they seem to avoid small and medium-sized jobs, but even if they want to continue working, they may have to resign, such as contract workers, business closures, and recommended resignations due to reduced businesses.
If you prepare for a job again, there will be a lot of employment-related expenses, which raises anxiety.
In this case, you can apply for unemployment benefits through the government welfare policy.
It is a system that helps workers who have subscribed to employment insurance to stabilize their lives and re-employment for a certain period of time when they lose their jobs due to unavoidable reasons.

However, it is preferred that the employer burden is the majority and that the reality of the worker is the recommended resignation. This is because only then can unemployment benefits be received. In November alone, the U.S. is cutting about 10,000 jobs on Amazon, about 3,000 jobs on Twitter, and cutting jobs around the world due to austerity.
Recently, an employer of a Korean company suffered a recommended resignation due to a lack of employees’ ability to perform their duties and lack of communication among employees.Immediately after three months, the representative of the company reported to the Labor Office due to unfair dismissal.
In this company, the CEO was in charge of more than 90% of the total sales, so managers and CS work were very important.Nevertheless, claiming that it was an employer’s unilateral dismissal, his lack of work ability or lack of communication between members did not listen to the Labor Office at all or look at related data. In fact, it is very difficult for the owner to prove it.
This is because there are too many protocols that should not be done for the benefit of labor rights.Eventually, it was deliberated by the Central Labor Relations Commission under the central ministry.
However, the employer could not argue anything and was not even deliberated, and all the labor committee members only urged the labor manager to see an agreement to compensate for one year’s salary.

It is worrisome that Korea is considering the equality of employment managers and workers, as more than 90% of SMEs exist. And if a worker who hasn’t worked for several months is compensated for his annual salary and fined up to $30,000, will he be able to maintain his business and hire workers?
I wonder who the government is for and who the country is if the policy is that employers cannot maintain their business even if they show excessive tax burden and passion for business.
The Ministry of Employment and Labor’s equitable policy and intervention should be followed.Excessive fines and labor for unilateral bias
