Samsung Electronics has decided to conduct voluntary redundancy programs, industry sources said Friday.
The tech giant, hit by an earnings shock in the second quarter of this year, will pay the retirees between 200 million won and 250 million won ($196,000 and $245,000) for compensation, according to the sources.
