MPA says source of contaminated marine fuels was from UAE port

SINGAPORE – The contaminated high sulphur marine fuels that was sold by global commodity trader Glencore in Singapore was loaded from a port at the United Arab Emirates (UAE) earlier this year, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) said on Thursday (May 5).
