NEW YORK (BLOOMBERG) – Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk kept investors on their toes this weekend, floating a cryptic tweet with the word “tender,’ a likely wink-and-nod reference to a potential tender offer to Twitter shareholders for control of the company.
