Aircraft lessors’ plight worsens as Russia bars foreign flights

SINGAPORE – European and other Western global aircraft lessors find themselves in a quandary after Russia barred international flights, just weeks after the European Union and other countries blocked their airspace to Russian carriers for invading Ukraine.
