SYDNEY (BLOOMBERG) – Singapore stocks fell on Wednesday (Feb 23) morning with the Straits Times Index (STI) down 0.76 per cent to 3,374.7 as at 11.15 am, as Russia-Ukraine tensions unfolded overnight.
