Temasek in talks to buy testing firm for $9.4 billion: Sources

LONDON (BLOOMBERG) – Singapore state-owned investor Temasek Holdings is nearing a deal to buy testing company Element Materials Technology from buyout firm Bridgepoint Group for almost US$7 billion (S$9.4 billion), according to people familiar with the matter.
