EU to block South Korean shipping mega-merger, say sources

BRUSSELS (AFP) – The EU antitrust authority will block the merger of South Korean ship-making giants Daewoo and Hyundai over concerns that the deal may restrict the supply of cargo vessels, sources said Tuesday.
