Raffles Education responds to RegCo queries on annual report, as Oei Hong Leong dumps his shares

SINGAPORE (THE BUSINESS TIMES) – Billionaire Oei Hong Leong has cut his stake in Raffles Education Corp (REC) to less than 1 per cent after dumping around 90 million shares in the company, according to an exchange filing on Tuesday (Oct 26).
