TAIPEI (BLOOMBERG) – Nan Ya Printed Circuit Board is hardly a household name in the tech industry. But the obscure Taiwanese company makes an essential component for chipmaking that has become the latest bottleneck for automakers and electronics companies suffering from semiconductor shortages.
