Court of appeal reinstates 12-month jail term for duo who failed to pay RM1.1M fine each

PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal on Monday (Nov 17) reinstated the original sentence of a Magistrate’s Court, ordering two men to pay a fine of RM1.1mil each, with a 12-month imprisonment in default, for transporting prohibited imported goods valued at RM145,440 in 2018. Read full story
