Police Wednesday apprehended a Korean-Chinese man suspected of killing a woman, after part of her dismembered body was first discovered on a seawall this past weekend.

Police in Siheung, southwest of Seoul, said they have caught Kim Ha-il in the act of discarding another part of the woman’s body on top of a building.
They had followed him since identifying the woman as a 42-year-old Korean-Chinese woman surnamed Han on Tuesday.
Police suspect the two are married but hasn’t confirmed their relationship yet.
The pieces of the woman were discovered between Saturday and Tuesday. (Yonhap)
