The Ulju Mountain Film Festival announced that it will accept entries for the eight-time film festival competition, international competition and Asian competition, until May 31.The Ulju Mountain Film Festival, which marks its eighth anniversary this year, is striving to develop mountain culture through various programs, including introducing mountain films from around the world to Korea and operating mountain film production support programs.
The entries in the competition section of the Ulju Mountain Film Festival are works that have been produced since 2021 that contain alpinism, mountain culture, nature and environment as subjects or themes, and can be submitted regardless of genre, format, or length.It is said that submissions can be made through the festival’s website and Fest Home.The films selected for the finals through preliminary screening will meet with the audience during the festival, of which five international competitions, including the grand prize, and two Asian competitions will be awarded. The 8th Ulju Mountain Film Festival will be held in October in Yeongnam Alps and Ulsan, Ulju-gun, and will introduce more than 150 mountainous, natural and environmental films and various experience programs around the world.
