Sixth Avenue Centre relaunched for en bloc sale at unchanged $85m reserve price

SINGAPORE (THE BUSINESS TIMES) – Sixth Avenue Centre, a mixed-use boutique site at Bukit Timah Road, will be relaunched for collective sale on Tuesday (April 19) at a reserve price of $85 million,unchanged from its previous tender in 2021.
