WASHINGTON (NYTIMES) – Top federal antitrust officials on Tuesday (Jan 18) announced a review of how they approve mergers and acquisitions, in a broad effort to strengthen enforcement and clamp down on a surge of corporate consolidation, particularly in high tech.
