MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN (BLOOMBERG) – Binance Holdings, which has claimed to be a virtual company, has held discussions with regulators in the United Arab Emirates about a potential headquarters in the Gulf Arab nation, according to people with direct knowledge of the matter.
