KUALA LUMPUR (BLOOMBERG) – Grab Holdings, a unit of Southeast Asia’s largest ride-hailing and delivery group, is buying Malaysia’s top premium grocery chain Jaya Grocer Holdings according to filing with the US Securities & Exchange Commission.
