Singapore shares recover at Tuesday’s open, tracking global rise; STI up 0.1%

SINGAPORE (THE BUSINESS TIMES) – Singapore shares turned positive when the market opened on Tuesday (Nov 30), after the US and Europe markets regained some of their losses from the previous two trading sessions.
