Supply chain snarls could cost automakers $284 billion this year, forecast finds

DETROIT (REUTERS) – Global automakers could lose US$210 billion (S$284.4 billion) in revenue this year because of supply chain disruptions, nearly double a forecast earlier this year, consulting firm Alixpartners said on Thursday (Sept 23).
