Singapore’s Sea raises $8 billion in mega fund raising

HONG KONG (BLOOMBERG) – Singapore online gaming and e-commerce firm Sea Ltd has raised about US$6 billion (S$8.1 billion) in a sale of US shares and convertible bonds, in the biggest ever equity offering by a South-east Asian company.
